By train
The Chennai Egmore to Velankanni Express (16175/16176) stops at Thirunallar station (TXR), about 5 minutes by car from the resort. The Karaikal to Peralam line reopened in 2025. Karaikal station (KIK), about 10 minutes away, has more long-distance trains, including to Bengaluru, Ernakulam and Mumbai. Check current timings on the IRCTC app before you travel.
By road
Chennai to Karaikal by road takes about 6 hours.
